Team Blogging

Write Together, Publish Together

Invite co-authors, assign roles, and run a multi-author publication from one dashboard. Every writer gets their own profile — your readers get a cohesive experience.

Built for teams that publish together

No workarounds, no shared logins, no per-seat surprises. Team blogging that actually works.

Multi-Author Support
Invite writers, editors, and contributors to your blog. Every team member gets their own profile, byline, and author page — no shared logins or workarounds.
Role-Based Permissions
Three clear roles: Owner controls billing and settings, Admin manages content and members, Author writes and submits posts. Everyone sees only what they need.
Multi-Blog Management
Run multiple blogs from a single Writizzy account. Launch a company blog, a product changelog, and a thought-leadership publication without juggling separate logins.
Individual Author Profiles
Each author gets a dedicated profile page with their bio, photo, and article history. Readers can follow specific writers, not just the publication.
Shared Subscriber Base
Your entire team publishes to the same subscriber list. No fragmented audiences — every post reaches readers through one unified newsletter.
Team Analytics
See performance across all authors and posts from a single dashboard. Track which writers drive the most engagement and which topics resonate with your audience.

How it works

From invitation to publication in four steps.

  1. 1
    Invite your team
Add team members by email from your blog settings. They receive an invitation link and can join with their own Writizzy account — no credit card required for invited members.
  2. 2
    Assign roles
Set each member as Owner, Admin, or Author. Roles control what they can access: Authors write content, Admins manage the publication, Owners handle billing and account settings.
  3. 3
    Write and review
Team members create posts in the shared editor. Authors can save drafts for review, while Admins and Owners can publish directly. Everyone works in the same workspace.
  4. 4
    Publish together
When a post is ready, publish it to your blog and newsletter in one click. The author byline is automatically set, and the post appears on their profile page.

Frequently asked questions

How many team members can I add to my blog?

The Team plan supports multiple authors on a single blog. There is no per-seat fee for additional writers — invite as many contributors as your team needs. Each member gets their own login, profile, and author page.

What is the difference between Owner, Admin, and Author roles?

Owners have full control over the blog, including billing, settings, and member management. Admins can manage content, publish posts, and invite new members, but cannot access billing. Authors can write and edit their own posts, save drafts, and manage their profile — they cannot publish without Admin or Owner approval.

Can I run multiple blogs with different teams?

Yes. Writizzy supports multi-blog management from a single account. You can create separate blogs — each with its own domain, branding, and team — and manage them all from one dashboard. Each blog can have its own set of team members and roles.

Do team members need to pay separately?

No. Team members are covered by the blog owner's Team plan. Invited members sign up for a free Writizzy account and join your blog at no additional cost. Only the blog owner manages the subscription and billing.
