Frequently asked questions

What does "Ask me first" mode do?

When a channel is set to "Ask me first", the publish modal shows you a preview of the generated draft before anything is posted. You can read it, edit it inline, or skip that channel for this article. Channels set to Automatic post in the background without interrupting your workflow.

Can I choose the tone of the generated posts?

Yes, on most channels. Pick a tone such as casual, technical, playful, or opinionated, and a live preview shows you a sample before you save. Available tones may vary by plan.

What happens if a post fails to send?

You can always resend it. Open the post in the editor and retry the channel that did not go out, with a chance to review the draft first.

Can I send to a channel after I have already published?

Yes. Open the post in the editor and send to any channel you skipped or want to add, at any time after publishing.

Can I connect tools beyond social media?

Yes. The Webhook channel sends a JSON payload to any HTTPS endpoint every time you publish, so you can wire your blog into Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own service and automate whatever you like. Requests can be signed with a secret so you can verify they came from Writizzy.
